These terms govern your use of neatlinecharts.com and any purchase you make from Neatline Charts, LLC ("Neatline Charts," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
We sell decorative poster prints made to order from public-domain charts and maps — currently official FAA and NOAA navigational charts. Product photos and on-screen previews are representations; actual colors and paper texture may vary slightly from your screen. Sizes are nominal.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.
Fulfillment, delivery estimates, and our replacement/refund policy are described in our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns policy, which form part of these terms.
The underlying charts and maps are in the public domain — for example, works of the U.S. government such as FAA and NOAA charts. However, the Neatline Charts name and logo, our site design, product photography, written copy, and the specific compositions we create are our property or used under license, and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that burden our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neatline Charts disclaims implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
