Every poster is printed to order just for you, so each order moves through two stages: production, then transit.
Because your print is made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for it to be produced before it ships. Larger, framed, and canvas pieces sit at the longer end of that range.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, and we plan to add more countries over time. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes (such as GST/HST) collected on delivery; where they apply, these are the recipient's responsibility.
Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the item and destination.
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's produced and shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipment cost. If you spot a mistake, email neatlinecharts@proton.me immediately and we'll help if the order hasn't yet entered production.
